As a data controller, we collect personal data to deliver our services. This includes:

You directly provide Pilot Ophaal Service Matrassen with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

- Any means of direct contact via email, phone or offline conversations.
- Voluntarily complete a survey or provide feedback via email

Article 4 - How will we use your data?
Pilot Ophaal Service Matrassen collect your data so that we can:

- Pick up your Mattress: In order to make the service work, we need basic data in order to execute picking up registered matrasses from civilians resident in the following areas: 3042, 3043 en 3044 EE.
This data include name, address, email and phone number. Data is collected through consensually disclosed information (to our team, Municipality of Rotterdam and our service partners). No data will be
used publicly. We process this data for operational purposes (into YES!Delft, Municipality and service partners) only. The data is not transferred to third parties. Data which you have provided is stored in our data system. We will keep this data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the
personal data is processed. We cannot estimate the exact time period, but we will consider this period over when the Pilot Ophaal Service Matrassen is finalized.

- Websites and email: Our website, https://www.mrdh-cityofthefuture.nl/mattress-techlab uses cookies in order to understand your preferences and improve your customer experience. You can learn more about our Cookie Policy. We also collect anonymised analytics of email readership, which helps us gauge and
improve our products and services. 

- Email you with a questionnaire to receive feedback on our delivered services.

Article 5 - How do we share information with third parties? 
We treat your personal information with care and confidentiality and do not share it with third parties other than as set out below:
- We use a range of third party service providers to deliver our services and develop our products. These may include: Calendly, G-suite, Typeform amongst others. This Notice does not apply to such third party websites, and YES!Delft is not responsible for the content of such third party websites or the privacy practices of such third parties.

- We will share limited personal data you provide when you apply for a
Mattress pickup (your name, address, email address, phone numbers) with our cloud service providers for the purposes of identification and authentication. 

- We will also share your personal data as necessary and only for the purposes described above with various third parties who process your personal information on our behalf, such as hosting and analytics platform providers.

- We require that these service providers and other third parties adhere to strict rules when processing your personal data, including to only use your personal data in accordance with YES!Delft instructions and the applicable laws.

Article 6 - Sharing of data in other circumstances
We will also disclose your personal data where required by law or legal process, for the administration of justice, to protect your vital interest, for investigations by law enforcement or regulatory bodies, to protect and defend YES!Delft property and legal rights, to protect the personal safety of YES!Delft website or (mobile) app users or by order of a valid injunction from a court or law enforcement agency.

Article 7 - How do we store your data?
We value the security of your personal data and take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure it is protected from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
However the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. So, whilst we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Website and via our Services. Any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your personal data we will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access.
We keep your information on our electronic database. We access our database daily for our day to day business activities from a secure platform which is password protected and has strict user restrictions.

Article 8 - How long will you retain my data?
We will retain your personal data for two years from your last interaction with us, such as the final date of the pilot or the last time you contacted or interacted with us, unless a longer or shorter retention period is required by law, is necessary in the course of legal proceedings or is otherwise needed for a particular purpose under applicable law. Once this time period has expired, we will delete or anonymize your data by removing it from our Google Cloud Storage servers, Google Drive as well as any services. 

Article 9 - What are your data protection rights?
YES!Delft would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following: 
- The right to access - You have the right to request YES!Delft for copies of your personal data. We may charge you an administrative fee for this service. 
- The right to rectification - You have the right to request that YES!Delft correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request YES!Delft to complete information you believe is
incomplete. 
- The right to erasure - You have the right to request that YES!Delft erase your personal data, under certain conditions. 
- The right to restrict processing - You have the right to request that YES!Delft restricts the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. 
- The right to object to processing - You have the right to object to YES!Delft’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. 
- The right to data portability - You have the right to request that YES!Delft transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
